How to Order

For simplicity, speed and security we use PayPal as our chosen payment gateway and provider. Find out more about PayPal

Using PayPal allows payments to be processed safely by both Credit/Debit card and the traditional PayPal account.

Once you have selected a hamper on our site and click 'add to basket' you will be taken securely to the PayPal basket where you can review your order, return to the site to add more products or continue to pay by either Credit/Debit card or using a PayPal account. All prices are in UK Pounds £ sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are not included in product prices unless specified.

Once a successful payment has been made you will be notified by PayPal of the completion of your order. We will then contact you with confirmation by email and also provide details of delivery.

Seasonal & Rare Food

As our hampers are packed full of seasonal items, some of which are only made in small batches, from time to time it may not be possible to include all the items as listed on the website.

On the rare occasion when this may happen we will replace the item either with one that we think is just as good (as is everything we put in our hampers) from one of our other hampers (as close to your chosen county as possible) and of the same value.

Packaging & Wrapping

All our orders are carefully and securely packaged to ensure your hampers and the food inside arrive to you in the best possible condition.

All our hampers are beautifully packaged and suitable as a gift. If you have special requirements we are more than happy to accommodate where possible. If you would like to discuss these before or after an order has been placed please email us at support@thecountyhamper.com

Free Gift Card Service

Take advantage of our free gift card service. Your personal message will be hand written, on top quality card. Just enter in your message in the box provided when you add to basket. If you have any special requirements just send them to support@thecountyhamper.com and we will be happily try to accommodate your requests.

Delivery

In order for hampers to be delivered promptly and safely we employ the services of trusted carriers.

We shall despatch goods to the purchaser within 4 days of receipt of payment or shall notify the purchaser if goods are unavailable or to arrange another date.

Once your order has been shipped we will contact you by email to give details of the delivery.

In the event that goods are unavailable the vendor will make immediate refund to the purchaser of monies paid relating to the unavailable goods only. If only part of an order can be supplied the vendor shall be entitled to fulfill that part of the order and retain payment for any or all goods despatched.

How we arrange delivery

We want to ensure your gift arrives at the right moment. Once an order has been placed our team will contact you to arrange the exact date and address for delivery ensuring your hamper arrives in time for the special day.

Free UK Delivery

Free UK Delivery applies to all mainland UK addresses.

Delivery Abroad

It is preferable if you would like to order for delivery anywhere other than the UK please call on +44 1543 251213 or send an email to support@thecountyhamper.com.

Online orders are currently welcome for delivery to UK and European addresses only. Postage costs on the site and FREE UK delivery apply to mainland UK only. Once it has been established that a European delivery is required, contact will be made with the purchaser to take payment for additional payment costs before fulfillment and shipping of the order.

Moneyback Guarantee & Returns Policy

If for any reason you would like to exchange or return your items you can do so as long as they are in returned in stock condition, unopened and with tags attached within 21 days of the date of purchase. This will not affect the rights of the consumer or purchaser under any statutory rights.

If your goods are faulty we will be happy to exchange items or issue a refund. Customers must return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days. Please note: we do not refund postage and packing costs unless we have made a mistake.

We recommend using recorded or registered post to return items to us. Please note it is the sender's responsibility to ensure the goods arrive safely.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse any orders listed at the incorrect price. This also applies to typographical errors of product descriptions and delivery charges.
